Breakdown Service for Air Conditioning (HVAC System)
No matter how well maintained, your industrial air conditioner equipment can breakdown. We understand that when this happens that it causes issues to your staff and/ or tenants and critical pieces of equipment within your premises. We pride ourselves in our response times to the urgency of the nature of your call. For most high priority breakdowns, we can have a technician at your doorstep within two hours of your call being placed. We also provide and after hours emergency air conditioning breakdown service 365 days of the year to cover any urgent support you may require. We also service rooftop air conditioners.

Programmed Maintenance (HVAC)
Australian Standards require owners/tenants to undertake regular maintenance to all HVAC equipment, which also includes car park ventilation, fire & smoke damper testing and annual full function fire tests which are held in conjunction with your incumbent fire services contractor. To comply with these Australian Standards, to keep your equipment in optimal condition, and to maintain a healthy air quality, we recommend tailoring a maintenance contract based on the equipment you have on-site, your needs and your budget.
